At Solace Theory, we believe clothing should be considered before it is purchased and appreciated long after it arrives.

To help you make the right choice, we provide detailed product descriptions, garment measurements and sizing information for every product. If you are unsure about sizing, fit or fabric before placing an order, we encourage you to get in touch. We are always happy to assist.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

The item must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
The item must be unworn, unused and unwashed.
The item must be returned in its original condition with all original packaging and tags attached.
The item must not show signs of wear, damage, staining, odours, alterations or misuse.

Once your return has been received and inspected, an exchange or Credit Note may be issued.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or an error has occurred on our behalf.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns that do not meet the above conditions.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If something is not quite right with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@solacetheory.com.

Where a fault is confirmed, we will work with you to find an appropriate solution. Depending on the circumstances, this may include a repair, replacement, exchange, Credit Note or refund.

ARCHIVE, SAMPLE & PROMOTIONAL ITEMS

Archive, Sample & Promotional Items are often offered in limited quantities and may not be reproduced.

For this reason, these items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, Credit Note or refund unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

We encourage customers to carefully review all sizing and product information prior to purchase.

CUSTOM ORDERS

Custom Orders are produced specifically for the individual customer.

Because these garments are created specifically for you, they cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded once production has commenced.

Custom Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, materials may have been allocated and work may already be underway on your garment.
