We understand that waiting for a garment can be difficult, and we aim to have every order packed and dispatched as efficiently as possible.

DISPATCH TIMEFRAMES

In-stock orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days of purchase.

During collection launches, promotional periods or public holidays, dispatch times may occasionally be extended. If this occurs, we will do our best to keep you informed.

Custom Orders are excluded from these timeframes and will be dispatched once production has been completed.

AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

We offer complimentary shipping on all Australian orders over $200 AUD.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

IINTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship to select international destinations.

We offer complimentary shipping on international orders over $200 AUD.

Duties, taxes and import charges are generally collected at checkout where applicable.

While we aim to ensure your order arrives promptly, delivery times should be considered estimates only and cannot be guaranteed once a parcel has been dispatched.

LOST OR DELAYED PARCELS

If your parcel appears delayed or missing, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will work directly with the shipping provider to investigate the matter and keep you informed throughout the process.

If a parcel is confirmed as lost in transit, Solace Theory may provide a replacement, Credit Note or refund depending on product availability and the circumstances of the claim.

CUSTOM ORDERS

Custom Orders are produced specifically for the individual customer.

Because these garments are created specifically for you, they cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded once production has commenced.

Custom Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, materials may have been allocated and work may already be underway on your garment.
